An international R&D team working under German management developed the world most Intelligent technology for

elevators:

LiFTCORE's control and regulation technology is more than just today's usual elevator control concepts with their

classic peripheral components. It's about high-end networking and intelligent elevator managing systems: predictive

maintenance, real-time monitoring, interactive human-machine dialog, self-optimizing transport intensity, user

authentication, customized appearance, infotainment, maximum safety standards, intelligent energy management and

many more elevator specific functions that offer hi-tech solutions.

・LCMS - An elevator remote monitoring system based on real-time network communication . It can be connected to

the building management center, property management unit, fire control center and even smart phone terminal for

maintenance people.

・LCMS can monitor elevator real-time running and can report to the monitoring center. Users can i.e. call the elevator

to specific floor with VIP mode via LCMS.

・All LiFTCORE elevators are equipped with the LCMS option.

・LCMS’s human-machine interface is human-oriented, based on Universal Design philosophy.

LCMS Cloud Technology Network Monitoring System

LPMS is LiFTCORE’s most updated intelligent system with cloud technology to predict and analyze elevator behavior and

faults. The system monitors more than 100 elevator components in real time, and compares their actual running time or

actual times of operation with their designed life span. When it comes near component’s designed life span, the system

automatically generates a maintenance message to the smart phone of the service technicians. The LiFTCORE Predictive

Maintenance System keeps your elevator extremely reliable and safe.

CCI Intelligent Cloud Core

T h e i n t e l l i g e n t c l o u d core CCI connects the elevator to LiFTCORE’s cloud server and monitors elevator data in real time.

LiFTCORE Elevator Cloud Server

The elevator is connected to the server of MicroSoft Corp via GSM or network. The system processes the data in the cloud and compares parameters of elevator components with their designed life span. The parameters include actual operation times, running distance and running time, etc.

Service Technicians

Service Technicians receive a message on their smart phone if an elevator requires maintenance, repair or if a component needs to be exchanged because it comes near to end of its life span. Elevator Monitoring Center

GSM

LARS - A video monitoring device installed in the car recognizes situations such as

passenger falling in a faint accidently or passenger trapped in the car. After some

minutes (time is adjustable), the system sends automatically a message to the

emergency call center or to predefined smart phones. The incident inside the car

can be watched from the emergency call center or by the predefined smart phones.

Emergency rescue can be activated immediately.

LARS Automatic Rescue System

·When a fault happens or passenger needs assistance, passenger can press the alarm button to

activate a call to the emergency call center. LCTAS will provide emergency assistance to the

passenger by displaying information on the screen inside the cabin.

·LCTAS calls the emergency call center or up to 10 preset contacts (i.e. property management center

or service technicians). Both, internet and GSM network technology is used by LCTAS according to

the actual availability of the strongest line.

·Video call can be initiated on the screen in the car.

·Tele Assistant System monitors the elevator condition, transmitting the log file and helps the service

technician for fast evacuation of trapped persons.
