The rapid revolution of information technology has contributed to more infor- mation exchange and information needs from users. As people are more exposed to a wide variety of information, learning becomes more diverse and complex. Digital learning provides a new approach for traditional teaching and training. With the movement of education reform and the emphasis on life-long learning, integrating technology into formal or informal courses and making instructional materials accessible to all learners is important. In the new digital age, people need information literacy in order to find and use various web-based resources.
