When entering an invoice/work order/quote a new lookup was added a few versions back. What it does, it lets you build a lookup file for each customer

This could speed the entry process, reduce errors and increase user-friendliness

There is a utility to build the order guide file from the part number history from the PSHIS sales history file automatically.

This file then can be added to or deleted from in order to add items quoted but not purchased yet, items at on special, etc.

I have reformatted the report so that it could be faxed or emailed to a customer to make it easy for them to place an order and not miss an item.

It could easily be accompanied by a special list and/or a close-out list to generate more sales

I see lots of opportunity to expand this function:

1.Add the ability to transfer this info to the recurring batch so repeat customers could have their orders populated with stock numbers with or without quantities.

2.Add stock numbers ordered by similar businesses

3.Use PDF Explode, or PDF Blaster to send these order sheets
