19” DATA CENTRE SERVER RACK
Test Item : Load Test
Test Description : 1. Safe working load (SWL): 1500 kg 2. Safety factor (SF): 1 3. Total load: 1500 kg 4. Load for each tray: 150kg/tray 5. Test duration: 24 hours 6. Record the dimension between tray:
i. Before test ii. Immediately after full test load is applied (0 hours) iii. At 3 hours after load applied iv. At end of the full test load period (24 hours) v. At 1 hour after relaxation period (after load remove from
tray)
Test Requirement : Record the deflection at each period of test and make the visual observation on each tray and any relative part of racking systems

Overall Observation
Upon the completion of the load test, the product (19” Data Centre Server Rack) was found in
satisfactory condition. No physical damage was observed on racking systems part assembly such as
tray, frame and mounting during or after the loading test. All critical dimensions and parts were remained
intact after test was performed.
