An illustration of rhythms & patterns. My work often investigates how

environments are designed to guide, co-ordinate & to an extent control

movement. The subjects range from urban planning, the rural landscapeto microbiology. These observations take on the form of performances,

animation, film, maps & structures.

The Hydro

2012, Two Projections (5 mins & 3 mins), of Loch Glascarnoch, One Animation (2 minites) illustrating the expansion of three rivers,

Glascarnoch, Meig & Orrin into Lochs & Reservoirs due to the manipulation of the landscape through the Hydroelectric Schemes.

Roundabouts/Traffic Lights

Collaboration with Dundee animator and programmer Garry Whitton, 2011. An Interactive animated program based on Cumbernauld's

road system that allows the user to place additional sets of traffic lights next to roundabouts through a modified keyboard.
