Our investment in the latest Laser Cutting Systems produces cutting and engraving with extreme accuracy and little waste.

We can cut complex shapes with quality & accuracy. With fast cutting of substrates up to 20mm and a huge 3080 x 2050 working area we can tackle the most complex projects accurately & speedily.

For a stunning polished edge our automated diamond polishers produce an exceptional finish.

With 3, 4 & 5 axis capability and the sector-leading Zund Cutting System with head-changing capacity, we can fabricate high quality signs & sign components quickly & efficiently.

Flat cut letters, logos & shapes, deep cut letters and fret cut trays can be manufactured in a large range of materials including acrylics & foam boards to 25mm, ACM, foam PVC, fluted polyprop and even natural wood.

Drape moulding is an ideal way to produce curved or shaped letters, logos and complete signs for maximum impact and exceptional clarity.

Our experienced team and large capacity equipment means we can produce a wide range of drape moulded signage as one-offs or in large volumes. We can drape mould up to 2.5m so there are very few projects that we cannot undertake.

We have unparalleled line bending ability with a massive range of equipment backed up by a highly skilled workforce.

We can line bend single or double parallel products as well as more complex forms. Utilising some of the best equipment available means we can bend with exceptional accuracy, offer uninterrupted heat wires where required and bend substrates up to 3m long and up to 25mm thickness. We are able to line bend a large range of acrylics and polycarbonates.

We have over 50 years vacuum forming experience and can supply a complete range of vacuum formed signs including letters, fascias and pans.

Using the very latest tech means we can vacuum form high quality and increasingly complex signs. With four vacuum forming machines providing forming to 1.9m2 and 600mm deep we can vacuum form signs in almost any size. We welcome small and large volume projects, as well as fast turnarounds.

We operate diverse large format digital printing services with UV flatbed and solvent presses capable of printing direct to substrate, printing on sheets in a wide range of materials up to 3m x 2m and 50mm thick.

Objects and odd-shaped media can be decorated edge-to-edge with ease. Be guaranteed award-winning image quality with actively adjusted pixel placement. And with super-fast print speeds we can provide a fast turnaround with no loss of quality.

We’ve plenty of capacity for you to store completed signs and call off as required.

As well as a 46,000 sq ft manufacturing base, we have also invested in over 9,000 sq ft of warehousing & can access even more when required! For customers without that space it means we can offer storage services – their workshops remain uncluttered and they don’t have to source short term storage.

When the signs are needed or roll out begins, let us know & we’ll sort that too.
