    Tahun 2012 merupakan penyamaan misi Angkasa Pura II agar sejalan dengan visi yaitu to be world-class airport. Berbagai perbaikan dan peningkatan kinerja dilakukan melalui peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi biaya dengan melakukan kegiatan operasi terbaik, antara lain memperbaiki kualitas layanan dengan penerapan SLA (Service Level Agreement) dan SLG (Service Level Guarantee), mengoptimalkan fasilitas dan infrastruktur bandara untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, menerapkan sistem yang berbasis Information Technology (IT), dan mempersiapkan fasilitas dan infrastruktur untuk pengembangan bisnis.

    Melalui beragam program pengembangan, kami berfokus menampilkan citra bandara yang aman, nyaman, dan efisien dengan kualitas layanan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat serta setaraf dengan bandara kelas dunia sesuai dengan standar ICAO.

    2012 is the year of alignment for Angkasa Pura II in order to be in line with the companys vision of becoming world-class airport. Various improvements and performance enhancements are implemented through cost effectiveness and efficiency improvement by conducting the best operation activities, e.g. improving service quality through SLA (ServiceLevel Agreement) and SLG (Service Level Guarantee) implementation, optimizing airport facilities and infrastructures to improve customer satisfaction, applying Information Technology (IT) based system and preparing new infrastructures and facilities for business expansion.

    Through various improvement programs, we focus to create the image of a safe, comfortable and efficient airport with service quality equal to ICAO standard world class airport.

    Riwayat Singkat PerusahaanCompany in Brief

    PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), selanjutnya disebut

    Angkasa Pura II atau Perusahaan merupakan salah satu

    Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak dalam bidang

    usaha pelayanan jasa kebandarudaraan dan pelayanan

    jasa terkait bandar udara di wilayah Indonesia Barat.

    Angkasa Pura II telah mendapatkan kepercayaan dari

    Pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk mengelola dan

    mengupayakan pengusahaan Pelabuhan Udara Jakarta

    Cengkareng yang kini berubah nama menjadi Bandara

    Internasional Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta serta Bandara

    Halim Perdanakusuma sejak 13 Agustus 1984.

    Keberadaan Angkasa Pura II berawal dari Perusahaan

    Umum dengan nama Perum Pelabuhan Udara Jakarta

    Cengkareng melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor

    20 tahun 1984, kemudian pada 19 Mei 1986 melalui

    Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 26 tahun 1986 berubah

    menjadi Perum Angkasa Pura II. Selanjutnya, pada

    17 Maret 1992 melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor

    PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), herein after refer to as

    Angkasa Pura II or Company is one of the State-

    Owned enterprises engaged in the airport services and

    airport related services in Western part of Indonesia.

    Angkasa Pura II has earned the trust of the Government

    of the Republic Indonesia to manage and develop

    the business of the Airport of Jakarta Cengkareng

    that has changed its name to Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta

    International Airport and Halim Perdanakusuma Airport

    since August 13, 1984.

    Angkasa Pura II owes its origin from a public company

    under the name of Perum Pelabuhan Udara Jakarta

    Cengkareng through Government Regulation No.

    20/1984, subsequently on May 19, 1986 through

    Government Regulation No. 26/ 1986 was amended to

    Perum Angkasa Pura II. Thereafter, on March 17, 1992

    through Government Regulation No.14/1992, it became

    Riwayat Singkat PerusahaanCompany in Brief

    14 tahun 1992 berubah menjadi Perusahaan Perseroan

    (Persero). Seiring perjalanan perusahaan, pada

    18 November 2008 sesuai dengan Akta Notaris Silvia

    Abbas Sudrajat, SH, SpN Nomor 38 resmi berubah

    menjadi PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero).

    Berdirinya Angkasa Pura II bertujuan untuk menjalankan

    pengelolaan dan pengusahaan dalam bidang jasa

    kebandarudaraan dan jasa terkait bandar udara dengan

    mengoptimalkan pemberdayaan potensi sumber

    daya yang dimiliki dan penerapan praktik tata kelola

    perusahaan yang baik. Hal tersebut diharapkan agar

    dapat menghasilkan produk dan layanan jasa yang

    bermutu tinggi dan berdaya saing kuat sehingga

    dapat meningkatkan nilai Perusahaan dan kepercayaan

    masyarakat.

    Kiprah Angkasa Pura II selama 28 tahun, telah

    menunjukkan kemajuan dan peningkatan usaha

    a limited liability state-owned company or Persero. In

    line with its evolution, on November 18, 2008 pursuant

    to the Notarial Deed of Silvia Abbas Sudrajat, SH, SpN

    Number 38, the Company officially became PT Angkasa

    Pura II (Persero).

    The establishment of Angkasa Pura II is to undertake

    the management and business of airport and airport-

    related services by optimizing the utilization of

    potential resources at the disposal of the Company and

    implement good corporate governance practices. This

    is expected to yield high-quality products and services

    that are highly competitive in order to increase the value

    of the Company as well as the trust of its stakeholders,

    including the general public.

    The track records of Angkasa Pura II over 28 years have

    shown incredible business progress and enhancements

    dikelolanya.

    Angkasa Pura II telah mengelola 13 Bandara, antara

    lain yaitu Bandara Soekarno-Hatta (Jakarta), Halim

    Perdanakusuma (Jakarta), Polonia (Medan), Supadio

    (Pontianak), Minangkabau (Padang), Sultan Mahmud

    Badaruddin II (Palembang), Sultan Syarif Kasim II

    (Pekanbaru), Husein Sastranegara (Bandung), Sultan

    Iskandarmuda (Banda Aceh), Raja Haji Fisabilillah

    (Tanjungpinang), Sultan Thaha (Jambi), Depati Amir

    (Pangkal Pinang) dan Silangit (Tapanuli Utara). Selain itu

    Angkasa Pura II juga melayani jasa pelayanan lalu lintas

    udara untuk wilayah udara Flight Information Region

    (FIR) Jakarta.

    Selama kurun waktu 10 (sepuluh) tahun terakhir,

    Angkasa Pura II telah berhasil memperoleh berbagai

    penghargaan dari berbagai instansi. Penghargaan yang

    diperoleh merupakan bentuk apresiasi kepercayaan

    masyarakat atas performance Perusahaan dalam

    memberikan pelayanan, diantaranya adalah The Best

    BUMN in Logistic Sector dari Kementerian Negara

    BUMN RI (2004-2006), The Best I in Good Corporate

    Governance (2006), Juara I Annual Report Award

    2007 kategori BUMN Non-Keuangan Non-Listed, dan

    sebagai BUMN Terbaik dan Terpercaya dalam bidang

    Good Corporate Governance pada Corporate Governance

    Perception Index 2007 Award. Pada tahun 2009, Angkasa

    Pura II berhasil meraih penghargaan sebagai 1st The Best

    Non Listed Company dari Anugerah Business Review

    2009 dan juga sebagai The World 2nd Most On Time Airport

    through the addition of several infrastructures and

    facilities as well as service improvements in the airports

    under its management.

    Angkasa Pura II operates 13 airports, namely Soekarno-

    Hatta (Jakarta) Airport, Halim Perdanakusuma (Jakarta),

    Polonia (Medan), Supadio (Pontianak), Minangkabau

    (Padang), Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II (Palembang),

    Sultan Syarif Kasim II (Pekanbaru), Husein Sastranegara

    (Bandung), Sultan Iskandarmuda (Banda Aceh), Raja

    Haji Fisabilillah (Tanjungpinang), Sultan Thaha (Jambi),

    Depati Amir (Pangkal Pinang) and Silangit (Tapanuli

    Utara). In addition to that, Angkasa Pura II also runs air

    traffic service for Jakarta Flight Information Region (FIR).

    Over the past 10 (ten) years, Angkasa Pura II has earned

    a number of awards from various institutions. These

    awards represent a form of trust and appreciation of the

    public, in recognition of the Companys performance

    in providing its services, including The Best SOE in

    Logistics Sector from the State Ministry of SOE of the

    Republic of Indonesia (2004-2006), The Best I in Good

    Corporate Governance (2006), First Place in the Annual

    Report Award 2007 for the category of Non-Listed Non-

    Financial SOE, and as The Best and Most Trustworthy

    SOE in Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the

    Corporate Governance Perception Index 2007 Award.

    In 2009, Angkasa Pura II again earned awards as 1st The

    Best Non Listed Company from Anugerah Business

    Review 2009 and as The Worlds 2nd Most On Time

    II juga senantiasa berkomitmen untuk memberikan

    Manajemen Kantor Cabang Utama PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Bandar Udara Soekarno-Hatta terbentuk melalui Keputusan Direksi Nomor KEP. 470/OM.00/1998-APII

    Peresmian TKI Lounge di Bandara Soekarno-Hatta oleh Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

    Angkasa Pura II merupakan salah satu BUMN yang

    menjalankan bisnis pelayanan jasa kebandarudaraan.

    Angkasa Pura II sangat memahami betul pentingnya

    menjaga kualitas performance perusahaan dan

    kepercayaan masyarakat. Peningkatan kualitas

    pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Angkasa Pura II melalui

    berbagai penyediaan kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana

    atau fasilitas umum di lingkungan bandara berdampak

    terhadap tingkat kenyamanan yang dirasakan

    masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa bandara.

    Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, Angkasa Pura II juga

    yang merugikan pelanggan melalui saluran-saluran

    pengaduan yang tersedia sehingga mampu merespon

    dengan cepat setiap aduan dan memberikan

    penyelesaian secara bijaksana. Pada aspek operasional

    penerbangan, Angkasa Pura II senantiasa mengutamakan

    keselamatan penerbangan dengan memastikan seluruh

    sektor operasional kebandarudaraan mengikuti dan

    mematuhi prosedur yang berlaku. Sehingga, semua

    aspek yang menjadi perhatian/tumpuan perusahaan,

    Angkasa Pura II is one of state-owned enterprises that

    runs the business of airport services. Angkasa Pura II

    truly understands how important it is to maintain the

    performance quality and peoples trust. Service quality

    improvement provided by Angkasa Pura II through

    various facilities and equipment or Public Facilities

    availability in the airport premises that will bring an

    impact to the comfort of the public as the service users.

    Along with that, Angkasa Pura II also protects the

    customers against bad services by providing customer

    care channels in order to respond promptly to every

    complaint and solve them appropriately. In the flight

    operational aspect, Angkasa Pura II is always prioritizing

    flight safety by ensuring the whole airport operational

    sector is following and obeying the procedures. Thus, all

    Bidang UsahaBusiness Lines

    Angkasa Pura II melakukan pengembangan usaha

    dalam bidang jasa kebandarudaraan dan peningkatan

    pelayanan yang optimal kepada pengguna jasa bandara

    melalui penyelenggaraan pelayanan-pelayanan yang

    menunjang jasa kebandarudaraan. Pelayanan-pelayanan

    tersebut antara lain: Pelayanan Jasa Pendaratan

    Penempatan dan Penyimpanan Pesawat Udara (PJP4U),

    Pelayanan Jasa Penumpang Pesawat Udara (PJP2U),

    Pelayanan Jasa Penerbangan (PJP), pelayanan jasa

    garbarata dan pelayanan jasa konter.

    Dalam menjalankan usahanya, Angkasa Pura II selalu

    mematuhi dan mengikuti berbagai regulasi maupun

    standar yang mengikat terkait dengan pelayanan lalu

    lintas udara, baik yang berlaku secara internasional

    (International Civil Aviation Organization /ICAO) maupun

    nasional (Departemen Perhubungan-Direktorat

    Jenderal Perhubungan Udara). Semua regulasi maupun

    standar tersebut diberlakukan, agar aspek keselamatan

    penerbangan terpenuhi sehingga semua pihak dapat

    merasakan kenyamanan dan ketenangan selama

    penerbangan.

    Berbagai peraturan yang telah dikeluarkan oleh

    Kementerian Perhubungan sejak tahun 2010 terkait

    keselamatan penerbangan, antara lain adalah Civil

    Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) Part 69 (Air Traffic

    Services Personnel Licensing, Rating, Training and

    Proficiency Requirements), CASR Part 170 (Air Traffic

    Rules), CASR Part 171 (Aeronautical Telecommunication

    Service and Radio Navigation Service Providers),

    dan CASR Part 172 (Air Traffic Service Providers).

    Angkasa Pura II develops its business in airport services

    and improve optimum services for its customers by

    undertaking activities that support airport services,

    including: flight arrival and departure service, plane

    placement and parking service, flight passenger service,

    air-traffic control service, aviobridge service and counter

    service.

    In undertaking its business, the Company fully

    adheres to prevailing aviation rules, regulations

    and standards applied internationally (International

    Civil Aviation Organization/ICAO) and nationally

    (Ministry of Transportation-Directorate General of Air

    Transportation). All regulations and standards are put

    into effect so that the flight safety aspect is fulfilled and

    all passengers can be in comfort and be peaceful during

    the flight.

    Various regulations that have been issued by the Ministry

    of Transportation since 2010 on air transportation

    safety, as follows; the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation

    (CASR) Part 69 (Air Traffic Services Personnel Licensing,

    Rating, Training and Proficiency Requirements), CASR

    Part 170 (Air Traffic Rules), CASR Part 171 (Aeronautical

    Telecommunication Service and Radio Navigation

    Service Providers), and CASR Part 172 (Air Traffic Service

    Providers).

    Pelaksanaan peraturan-peraturan tersebut dijabarkan

    lebih lanjut melalui Peraturan Direktur Jenderal

    Perhubungan Udara dalam bentuk Advisory Circular (AC)

    antara lain AC 69-01 (Guidance Material and Procedures

    of Air Traffic Controller License and Ratings), AC 170-02

    (Manual of Air Traffic Services Operational Procedures),

    dan AC 171-05 (Guidance Material of Aeronautical

    Telecommunication Service and Radio Navigation Service

    Providers).

    Bagian dari pelayanan jasa kebandarudaraan yang

    dikelola Angkasa Pura II adalah pelayanan jasa lalu

    lintas udara (Air Traffic Services). Dalam mendukung

    pengelolaan pelayanan jasa lalu lintas udara, Perusahaan

    telah membentuk Unit Air Traffic Services (ATS) sebagai

    unit kerja yang bertanggung jawab atas operasional

    pelayanan lalu lintas udara di bandara dan wilayah

    udara yang berada di bawah tanggung jawab Angkasa

    Pura II. Sampai dengan tahun 2012, Angkasa Pura II telah

    dipercaya oleh pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk

    mengelola wilayah udara dengan jangkauan hampir

    separuh dari wilayah udara Indonesia.

    Unit ATS Angkasa Pura II mempunyai program-program

    yang mencakup beberapa aspek diantaranya: Air Traffic

    Services Standardization, pembinaan Air Traffic Services

    Operations, dan pelaksanaan program Air Traffic Services

    Quality Assurance. Program-program kerja tersebut

    bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa operasional unit

    ATS dapat berlangsung dengan efektif dan efisien

    sehingga memberikan kontribusi yang optimal kepada

    Angkasa Pura II berupa peningkatan kinerja fungsi

    pelayanan keselamatan penerbangan dan peningkatan

    kinerja unit sesuai KPI (Key Performance Indicator) yang

    ditetapkan.

    The implementation of such rules are further defined

    through the Regulation of the Director General of Air

    Transportation in the form of Advisory Circulars that

    include AC 69-01 (Guidance Material and Procedures

    of Air Traffic Controller License and Ratings), AC 170-02

    (Manual of Air Traffic Services Operational Procedures),

    and AC 171-05 (Guidance Material of Aeronautical

    Telecommunication Service and Radio Navigation

    Service Providers).

    A part of the airport services provided by Angkasa Pura

    II is Air Traffic Services. In support of air traffic control

    management, the Company has formed the Air Traffic

    Services (ATS) unit responsible for the management of

    air traffic around the airports and within the air space

    jurisdiction of Angkasa Pura II. As of 2012, Angkasa Pura II

    is entrusted by the Government of Indonesia to manage

    air traffic in almost half of Indonesias air space.

    Angkasa Pura II ATS unit has multi-aspect programs

    like the Air Traffic Services Standardization, Air Traffic

    Services Operations training, and the implementation

    of Air Traffic Services Quality Assurance program. These

    programs are to ensure that the ATS unit operations can

    be effectively and efficiently sustainable to contribute

    optimally to Angkasa Pura II by improving the flight

    safety function and the improvement of the unit

    according to its KPIs.

    Untuk menunjang profesionalitas Unit ATS dalam

    melaksanakan tugasnya, Angkasa Pura II memberikan

    berbagai program pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap

    SDM Unit ATS. Pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diberikan,

    diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi SDM yang

    ada baik dalam aspek pengetahuan, analisa maupun

    keterampilan teknis ATS. Perusahaan juga memberikan

    fasilitas kursus sertifikasi kepada SDM Unit ATS untuk

    memenuhi kualifikasi dan standar Sumber Daya Manusia

    (SDM) yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang

    berlaku. Program pelatihan yang diadakan Angkasa Pura

    II dalam rangka pengembangan SDM Unit ATS adalah:

    Approach/Area Control Non Radar, Approach/Area

    Control Surveillance Radar, Aviation English Proficiency

    Check, ATC and AIS Supervisory Training Program,

    Advanced Procedures of Air NavigationOperations, Team

    Resources Management, Safety Coordinator Threat & Error

    Management dan Refresher Program.

    Selain peningkatan kualitas SDM Unit ATS, Perusahaan

    juga melakukan perbaikan pada fasilitas maupun

    sistem lalu lintas bandar udara. Dalam dua tahun ke

    depan, Angkasa Pura II akan menggantikan fasilitas

    dan sistem lalu lintas udara di Bandara Soekarno-Hatta

    dengan sistem yang baru. Selain itu, Angkasa Pura II

    telah meningkatkan pelayanan jasa lalu lintas udara dari

    Pelayanan Lalu Lintas Udara Conventional ke Pelayanan

    Radar untuk wilayah udara Pontianak.

    Angkasa Pura II memiliki komitmen yang tinggi

    dalam mengelola jasa pelayanan lalu lintas udara

    dengan mengutamakan keselamatan penerbangan

    dan kepuasan pelanggan/pengguna jasa bandara.

    Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, Angkasa Pura II terus

    mengupayakan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan baik

    dari aspek pemberdayaan kompetensi SDM yang

    dimiliki, penyempurnaan dan pengawasan kepatuhan

    atas prosedur kerja maupun penambahan serta

    perbaikan fasilitas dan sistem bandar udara.

    Jasa Terkait Bandar UdaraMemaksimalkan pelayanan terbaik melalui penyediaan

    beragam pelayanan jasa penunjang Bandar udara yang

    modern dengan ditunjang fasilitas berteknologi tinggi

    adalah komitmen Angkasa Pura II untuk mewujudkan

    kenyamanan bagi pengguna jasa selama berada di

    lingkungan bandara.

    To support the professionalism of ATS Unit, Angkasa Pura

    II provides various trainings and education to ATS unit

    manpower. The trainings and educations are expected

    to improve the ATS competency from the knowledge,

    analysis and the technical skill. The company is also

    giving certification course facility for the manpower

    to fulfill the qualification and standard required by the

    applicable laws and regulation. The training programs

    conducted by Angkasa Pura II to improve the ATS unit

    manpower are: Approach/Area Control Non Radar,

    Approach/Area Control Surveillance Radar, Aviation

    English Proficiency Check, ATC and AIS Supervisory

    Training Program, Advanced Procedures of Air

    NavigationOperations, Team Resources Management,

    Aside from the ATS Unit man power quality improvement,

    the company is also improving the facilities and the

    air traffic system. In the next two years, Angkasa Pura

    II will replace the facilities and the air traffic system in

    Soekarno-Hatta International Airport with the new

    one. In addition, Angkasa Pura II has also improved the

    Pontianak air traffic service from conventional system to

    a radar system service.

    Angkasa Pura II is highly committed to manage the air

    traffic service by putting forward the flight safety and

    the customers satisfaction. To achieve this, Angkasa Pura

    II keeps improving the quality of the service, from the

    manpower competency empowerment, compliance

    and the perfection of work procedure, the addition and

    the improvement of facility and the airport system.

    Angkasa Pura II mengusahakan pelayanan-pelayanan

    jasa yang menunjang bisnis jasa kebandarudaraan.

    Pelayanan jasa terkait bandara udara disediakan oleh

    Angkasa Pura II bertujuan untuk mendukung terciptanya

    aspek keamanan, keselamatan dan kenyamanan bagi

    pengguna jasa bandara selama berada di kawasan

    Bandara. Pelayanan jasa terkait bandar udara tersebut

    diantaranya: penyewaan ruangan, gudang, lahan

    dan fasilitas lainnya, kegiatan konsesioner, parkir

    kendaraan, pas bandara dan penyediaan lahan untuk

    bangunan, lapangan dan industri serta bangunan yang

    berhubungan dengan kelancaraan angkutan udara.

    Pelayanan penunjang lainnya yang juga diupayakan

    oleh Angkasa Pura II antara lain: pelayanan operasi

    bandara, pelayanan penerbangan haji, pelayanan

    tenaga kerja Indonesia, pelayanan kargo, pelayanan

    keamanan dan keselamatan bandara, pelayanan

    Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan dan Pemadam

    Kebakaran (PKP-PK) serta pelayanan penanggulangan

    gawat darurat.

    Pelayanan Bandara Seiring dengan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap

    jasa angkutan udara yang semakin meningkat,

    berdampak pada lalu lintas para pengguna jasa

    bandara yang menjadi begitu padat baik pada saat

    sebelum penerbangan (keberangkatan) maupun saat

    setelah penerbangan (kedatangan). Hal ini menuntut

    perlunya pengelolaan yang serius dan memadai.

    Angkasa Pura II berupaya penuh untuk memberikan

    pelayanan terbaik melalui pelayanan operasi bandara

    dengan penambahan berbagai fasilitas di lingkungan

    bandara dan perluasan kawasan terminal termasuk

    by Angkasa Pura II designated to create security, safe

    and convenience aspects for airport service users while

    in the Airport premises. These airport-related services

    among others are space, warehouse, land and other

    industry related with air transportation continuity.

    Other supporting services are also provided by the

    Company, among which are airport operational services,

    hajj flights, services to Indonesian migrant workers,

    cargo services, safety and security services, accident

    response and fire brigade services and other emergency

    response services.

    Airport OperationsIn line with the growing public demand for air transport

    service needs, the traffic of airport users is also increasing,

    both during departure and arrival. This called for serious

    and appropriate management. Angkasa Pura II exert

    Upaya yang dilakukan ini bertujuan supaya dapat

    menampung jumlah penumpang yang bertambah

    serta dapat menghadirkan kenyamanan bagi pengguna

    jasa bandara.

    Penambahan dan perbaikan fasilitas bandara yang

    dilakukan oleh perusahaan diantaranya adalah

    penambahan dan perbaikan kursi di ruang tunggu

    penumpang, garbarata, toilet, troli bagasi, konter check

    in, konter pemeriksaan, fasilitas tempat ibadah seperti

    mushola dan sejumlah fasilitas pendukung lainnya.

    Terkait dengan pengembangan kawasan terminal,

    Angkasa Pura II melakukan penambahan kapasitas

    bandara diantaranya penambahan ruang yang mampu

    menampung peningkatan jumlah penumpang

    serta penataan ruangan yang memperlancar proses

    pemeriksaan dan memudahkan pengurusan administrasi

    penumpang. Melalui kerjasama dengan mitra binaan

    perusahaan, Angkasa Pura II juga menambah konter-

    konter jualan yang menyediakan berbagai kebutuhan

    para pengguna jasa bandara. Dalam rangka menjaga

    kenyamanan dan keindahan di lingkungan bandara,

    Angkasa Pura II senantiasa memantau kebersihan

    kawasan bandara dan melakukan program kebersihan

    bandara.

    Pelayanan Penerbangan HajiPelayanan penerbangan haji pada tahun 2012 (1433H)

    dibagi dalam 2 fase yaitu: fase I pemberangkatan

    penerbangan haji dimulai pada tanggal 21 September

    dan berakhir 20 Oktober 2012, dengan mengangkut

    82.638 jemaah.

    Fase II pemulangan penerbangan haji tanggal

    31 Oktober-30 November 2012 yang terbagi dalam 197

    kelompok terbang (kloter) sebagaimana yang telah

    ditentukan oleh penyelenggara jemaah haji Indonesia

    (Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia). Kegiatan

    penyelenggaraan penerbangan haji pada tahun 2012

    dilakukan melalui 5 embarkasi/dembarkasi Bandar

    Udara Angkasa Pura II meliputi: Soekarno-Hatta, Polonia,

    Sultan Iskandar Muda, Minangkabau dan Sultan

    Mahmud Badaruddin II. Dalam rangka menunjang

    kelancaran penyelenggaraan penerbangan tersebut,

    Angkasa Pura II senantiasa terus meningkatkan kualitas

    pelayanan, fasilitas dan sumber daya manusia.

    to terminal expansion, Angkasa Pura II undertook the

    construction of new terminal buildings or areas that can

    accommodate the growth of airline passengers as well

    as rearranging room layouts that could improve the flow

    of administering passengers through security, check-in

    and immigration counters. Through cooperation with

    the Companys small-business mentored partners,

    Angkasa Pura II has added the number of commercial

    counters that provide various goods for the convenience

    of air travelers. While in the interest of comfort and

    cleanliness, the Company ensures that the entire area of

    airports are properly cleaned and maintained.

    Hajj Flight Services The number of hajj flight services in 2012 (1433H) is

    divided into 2 phases, namely: outgoing flights (phase

    1), which started on September 21, and ended on

    October 20, 2012 with 82,638 passengers.

    Incoming flights (phase 2) started on October 31

    until November 30, 2012, which divided into several

    groups called Kloter (flight groupings) in line with

    the stipulated rules of the official provider of Hajj

    pilgrimage trip from Indonesia (the Ministry of Religious

    Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia). The 2012 hajj

    flight Pilgrimage conducted through 5 Angkasa Pura

    II Embarkation Airport: Soekarno-Hatta, Polonia, Sultan

    Iskandar Muda, Minangkabau and Sultan Mahmud

    Pelayanan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI)Indonesia mempunyai jumlah tenaga kerja yang relatif

    banyak yang tersebar di berbagai negara, di mana

    sebagian besar memanfaatkan pelayanan jasa angkutan

    udara. Lalu lintas tenaga kerja Indonesia yang melalui

    pintu keberangkatan maupun pintu kedatangan

    bandara yang dikelola oleh Angkasa Pura II menunjukkan

    peningkatan seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah

    tenaga kerja yang ada di luar negeri. Selama tahun 2012,

    tenaga kerja Indonesia tercatat sebagai pengguna jasa

    bandara terbesar kedua setelah wisatawan baik dalam

    negeri maupun luar negeri.

    Besarnya kontribusi para tenaga kerja Indonesia dalam

    menggunakan pelayanan jasa bandar udara, Angkasa

    Pura II berkomitmen untuk memberikan pelayanan yang

    maksimal dan fasilitas kemudahan bagi TKI diantaranya

    adalah penyediaan jalur khusus keberangkatan dan

    kedatangan TKI, pusat layanan informasi TKI dan layanan

    angkutan darat bagi TKI yang pulang ke kampung.

    Angkasa Pura II juga memberikan perhatian khusus

    dan perlindungan bagi para TKI dari aksi-aksi penipuan

    oleh orang-orang yang tidak bertanggungjawab di

    lingkungan bandara. Dengan demikian, diharapkan

    para TKI merasa nyaman dan aman selama berada di

    bandara.

    Pelayanan KargoBisnis pengiriman atau pengangkutan barang memiliki

    prospek usaha yang sangat strategis termasuk bisnis

    pengiriman barang melalui angkutan udara (kargo).

    Peluang bisnis yang strategis ini, dimanfaatkan oleh
