Shri Nataraj Ceramic and Chemical Industries Limited
Pioneers in Refractories(A Dalmia Group Company)
Shri Nataraj Ceramic and Chemical Industries Limited is a part of the Dalmia
Group, a leading industrial house of India. The Group is committed to value
creation with utmost integrity, and every initiative and action of the Group
reflects this core value.
In FY08, the Group Turnover of refractory businesses was INR 3,000 Mn (US$ 75
Mn). Truly world-class in every way, our client roster reads like the who's who of
the cement industry in India and also includes leading global organisations.
In the pursuit of excellence, the Dalmia Group blends the enthusiasm of the
young with the experience of the old. In FY08 the Gross Revenue of all the
businesses in the group was INR 30,364 Mn (US$ 760 Mn). This is expected to
cross US$ 1 Bn in FY09 considering the aggressive growth plans already
underway, with an estimated cement capacity of 12 Million tonnes, sugar of
22,500 tcd and refractory products of 200,000 tonnes per year.
Showing the way ahead - leadership in refractories.
Our business purpose is to provide customers with the most cost effective
refractory solutions derived from high quality, innovative products and services.
Our production facilities are strategically located to offer competitive quality products
at optimised logistics. Captive mines and in-house calcination facilities for major raw
materials helps us in seamless backward integration.
In our quest to innovate and develop the very best in refractory products, we have
established state-of-the-art research and development institutions - the Dalmia
Institute of Scientific and Industrial Research (DISIR), one in Tamil Nadu and another
in Orissa. An important part of the group, these training institutions are
independent entities dedicated to the continuous upgradation of quality refractory
products.
Committed to Excellence – Dedicated to Customers
