Sharon’s media journey first started at CTV’s eTalk where she became a

Segment Producer. She’s had the privilege of interviewing A-list celebrities,

working red carpets and award shows, traveling the country and heading

up the coverage for ‘So You Think You Can Dance Canada.’

Sharon then made a switch to ‘The Marilyn Denis Show.’

Her role there gave her the opportunity to develop creative segments

for all lifestyle topics including health, fitness, nutrition, cooking,

beauty, and fashion.

Her experience working in a LIVE studio and also in the field, has taught

her to think quick on her feel and has allowed her to connect and

develop lifestyle experts, including herself and real people to peak

performance levels for television.

After meeting New York Times Best-selling author and Dating Coach

Matthew Hussey, she was brought on as a coach at his 5 day Lifestyle

Retreats in Florida and San Diego. She’s had the opportunity to help transform

the lives of hundreds of women and was voted as one of the top trainers.

Over the past few years Sharon has transitioned

to a new role as a Certified Life Coach

communication and connection.
