completely air conditioned and has the capacity of 336 people, in 42 cabins

at a single time. It goes around 60 meters high and offers views extending to

neighbouring Dubai.

2. Al Qasba:

This is one of the most busiest and significant tourist attractions in the city.

This place holds a lot of entertainment value in itself as it has a lot of

recreational and leisure activities. The Al Qasba gives you a peek into the

authentic Arabian traditions. It offers finest dining varieties with traditional

delicacies that you can binge on.

3. Al Hisns:

A fort which was built way back in the year 1820 is what Al Hisns is. Today,

the fort is converted into a museum, open for tourists. It represents the

history of these emirates and showcases its rich cultural background. Old

coins, weighing scales, arms and ammunitions, jewellery, pearl trade traces

and so many olden photographs and maps are put on display for the

visitors. This is one amazing place that cannot be left unseen.

4. Sharjah Stadium:

Home ground for the Afghanistan cricket team, the Sharjah stadium is

nothing less than a magnificent ground. Constructed in the year 1980, this

place was renovated in 2002. It has been a venue for around 200

international cricket matches. It is highly famous amongst the South Asian

community of the United Arab Emirates. Splendour, glory and grandeur are

what this stadium reflects.

5. Arabian Wildlife Centre:

This place is basically located around 26 kilometres from the city centre. It is

one of the best wildlife centres in UAE. It is home to a large collection of flora

and fauna in UAE. Also, it is a completely indoors centre, which makes is

unique. It has an anthology of over 100 animals which are kept in excellent

conditions. These animals are given natural and spacious surroundings and

are taken utmost care of.
