Introduction about SOCSO
• Social Security Organization (SOCSO) was established under the Employees' Social Security Act 1969
• Covered of 435,801 active Employer ; 16.5m Employee
• based on three (3) pillars; compensation, prevention and rehabilitation
• RTW Program start in 2007 (5 Case Manager)
• Now 103 Case Manager ; 166 Employment Services Officer
• Since 2007, managed 27,474 IP and 20,016 successfully RTW
