Ifyouweren'tthere,wemissedyouandyoumissedoutonthebesttouroftheyearsofar.Therewerealmost40 folks that came from threeModelA Clubs:the Live Oaks Club, the STA Club and thePalmettoModelAClub.Everyonethereagreedthatthisneedstobeayearlytour.Don't forget that we will be at Sconyer's inAugustwithfamilymembers.Wewillnotneedaheadcountbutbringasmanyfamilymembersas you like. We will be in the large upstairsdining roomonThursday,August15th at6:00pm.Besureyoumakeplanstoattend.The outside temperature has gotten hot veryfastsoourcars🚗 needtobedrivenearlyinthemorning or late in the evening.     Themonthlymeetingof theShadeTreeA'swasheldMay13,2019intheclubhousemeetingroomat Richard Dunevent’s garage. President Mattgaveled the meeting to order promptly at 7:00P.M.Twenty-twomemberswereinattendance.Onceagain,PresidentMattentertainedthegroupwithour“jokeofthemonth”.ApparentlyonehehadnotcommittedtomemorysinceherequiredtheassistanceofhisiPadtoproperlyrelatewhatresultedina“goodone”!Thanksforthehumor,Matt!Treasurer'sReport:Dan Perla reported only our Annual CorporateFees were paid in the last month leaving ouraccountsrelativelystable.Thanks,Dan, foryourcontinuedsupervisionofourfinances.AmotionwasmadefromthefloortoaccepttheApril Minutes and the May Treasurer's Report.That motion received a second and passed byunanimousvote.NationalDirector:Jim McPherson reported several clubs will beattending our IMAFD activities this fall. Thosementioned included Jacksonville, Savannah, Old96,CharlestonandAiken.

The interestingquestion being its actual use since it did notresembleanyusedontheModelA.Nodefiniteanswerwasforthcoming!UnderOldBusiness:President Matt announced he is expecting alargeturnoutfortheSTA’smulti-clubpicnictobeheldJune1statMagnoliaSpringsStateParkin Millen, Georgia. Plans are to depart fromMatt’s home (611 Scott’s Way) at 9 AM.     The treasurer's report revealedthat our financial situation is"About the Same".
