SOM MEGATHON 2016

RULES AND REGULATION

1. For students aged below 18 years old must get the permission from parents or guardian to

attend this event.

2. For students aged below 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian to

participate in this run.

3. Every runner shall run carefully and with due regard to the safety of other runners and other

road users.

4. Every runner shall immediately comply with the instructions of a SOM Megathon marshal

and or a traffic officer.

5. Runners are responsible for passing through all checkpoints. Failure to do so will result in

DNF (Did Not Finish).

6. Early Bird participants (first 200 person) will get special gift.

7. The fees included UV Glow T-shirt, UV Glow ink, UV Glow Tattoos (MEGATHON LOGO), UV

glow shoelaces, glow stick, glow glasses, finisher certificate and finisher medal.

8. A runner shall wear the shirt that has been provided by the organizer.

9. Lucky draw prizes cannot be converted to cash.

10. This run will take place and delay regardless of bad weather and will only be cancelled for

reason of heavy rain. In this event, entry fees are not refundable.

11. Organizer can modify the rules, course, and time due without prior notice. Conditions for the

SOM Megathon may change depending on operations, technical management, weather,

safety and security.

12. The SOM Megathon Organizing Committee decision is final.

13. All entry forms and payment must be submitted on or before 1stMarch 2016 (payment is by

cash or bank-in only).
