A Rational Worldview

description

This was submitted by a freshman at UWMC. The prof stated on the first day of classes that anyone who claimed to be a Christian would disown Christianity by the end of the semester. Needless to say the prof freaked over this presentation. From what I understand the freshman girl was given the grade her classmates gave her since the prof refused to give it a grade. A closed-minded prof-what a shock!

Quick Fact

• Water covers 70% of the earths surface• No (liquid) water has to this point been found

on Mars• Why do people deny a huge flood on earth

and promote one on Mars? – 2 Peter 3:5-6 • ‘But they deliberately forget that long ago by God's

word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water. By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed.’

Page 17: Seven Cs Of History

Quick Fact

• There is currently enough water to cover the earth to a depth of 1.7 miles

• End of Flood, Mountains were raised– Explains why there are marine fossils on the top of

Mount Everest

• Ocean basins were lowered– Allowing water to run off and form the present

oceans
