• EPs provide a good pipeline for TMP and TLP because they have experienced our product and are passionate about it.

• EPs motivation is normally high after their exchange.

• EPs create a culture of exchange in your LC.

• EPs are a powerful tool of promotion (showcasing)

role in your LC as soon as he return so that he feels the common engagement.

DON’T WAIT!SPECIAL – Give him possibility to share his experience with your LC members, EPs and

potential members and EPs IMPORTANT – Invite him to LC meetings,

fun activities, team buildings,  national conferences, etc.
