SERVICE DESIGN is an excing new design discipline that helps create user-centred services using design thinking. We will hold two sessions on 21 and 25 Sept at the Cabinet Office, in the heart of Government. We’ll talk about our work at Policy Lab and discuss opportuni- es and challenges for service design in government. We’ll explore in this workshop how service design tools can be used to develop the circular economy.
