HUB was launched in 2019 by the founders of the award-winning interior design agency Dapa interiors as a direct response to the demand for a

more quality led, tailor-made solution to furnishing investment properties from both UK and international investors.

The company has three core principles which emanate through every element of the business. These three principles are at our HUB;

Quality, British and Sustainability.

As a long standing interior design partner of Telford Homes, we are delighted that Dapa Interiors have launched HUB which is an extension of their design offering.

HUB are looking to redefine the world of furniture packages with a unique focus around quality, sustainability and British manufacturing. We are seeing more and more demand for this approach from an increasingly environmentally aware investor market.

All of the HUB furniture, whether it be part of a series or a bespoke collection, is manufactured in England by highly

skilled fabricators in quality-controlled environments.

HUB is committed to minimising both the carbon footprint created from the manufacture and transport of furniture goods alongside

the worldwide consequences of waste going to landfill.

All of our furniture will be packaged using a combination of recyclable cardboard and recycled fibre protective covers in place

of traditional non-recyclable polystyrene and plastic packaging.

OYSTER OAK

For our ‘Oyster’ range we combined the cool tones and distinctive grain

of the Oyster oak with the strength of matt black metal and smoked glass

to create a sleek, contemporary look that harmoniously combines both

aesthetics and suitability.

MINERAL OAK

To contrast to our Oyster range, we have created the opposite in ‘Mineral.’ The rich darker tones of Mineral oak are paired with bronze metal and glass to create a range that balances bold and beauty perfectly.

All wood used in HUB’s products is made from virgin timber from sustainable sources and pass FSC certification. The plant manufacturing the

MFC boards is a carb accredited industry leader operating on an ongoing ‘carbon positive’ basis. The metal used in HUB’s products is iso 14001:2015

compliant and is manufactured using the minimal amount of energy, releasing the minimum amount of CO2 possible.

Our glass is manufactured selecting safe process chemicals and recyclable/biodegradable materials, minimising the carbon and ware footprint.

The fabric used on all of the upholstery is man-made, therefore meaning it is vegan friendly without contributing to the climate changing effects of

farming animals to supply natural fibres, avoiding the significant land, water and food used in animal production.

THE INSPIRATION FOR SERIES ONE

Series One was designed to create a contemporary sense of luxury. The two distinct finishes offer something totally different. Oyster oak is very cool and calm, sharpened with black metal detailing whilst the Mineral tone is elegant and rich with the added sophistication of bronze metal.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY ON THE FURNITURE?

Two years (24 months), this can be extended for an extra charge. Terms and conditional apply.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENTS TERMS?

100% payment upfront if installation is within 6 weeks of your order. If longer than 6 weeks, a 25% deposit is taken, and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to installation. Orders are only deemed as live once payment has been received. Business to business orders are on a client by client basis, please enquire for more details.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay via bank transfer, cheque or PayPal. We do not accept debit/credit card or cash.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

Cancellation within 5 working days of delivery will incur a charge of 25% of the full balance. Within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the full balance. Cancellation within less than 48 hours will incur 100% of the full balance.

DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT IF I AM BASED OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

If the goods are remaining in the UK, then 20% VAT will be applied to the invoice. You might be able to claim this back however you must confirm this with your accountant or financial advisor.

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU DELIVER FURNITURE?

5-10 working days depending on location.

CAN YOU DELIVER WITHOUT ME BEING THERE?

Yes, however keys and permission must be provided by your estate/lettings agent or concierge at your development.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS?

All published prices include delivery & installation to mainland England (excluding Cornwall). Deliveries outside of this area are to be quoted separately.

WHERE IS YOUR FURNITURE MADE?

All of the furniture is all manufactured in the United Kingdom, predominantly central England.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE PACKAGING?

All packaging is removed from your property and is either recycled or reused.
