Technical Project Planning Technical Project Planning ProcessProcess

• Objective is to develop project goals and objectives with stakeholder involvement

• Requires a minimum of two meetings to complete, and is a four phased process– Phase I: Identify Current Project– Phase II: Determine Data Needs– Phase III: Develop Data Collection Options– Phase IV: Develop project planning documents with input

from Phase I, II, and III.

• U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requirement for Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) projects within the FUDS program

• Guidance Document – EM 200-1-2
