We are looking fora UX/UI Designer for our Design Departmentin Cologne.The purpose of your role is to conduct usability and user experience research to inform product design and user journeys. You create concepts and prototypes for user interfaces for screen and no-screen applications. Furthermore, you develop strong visual design solutions and ensure design quality across media.

Your work day is defined by close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team consisting of Researchers, Concepters, Designers, Software Developers and Product Managers. You can either support us in a full-time position in our Cologne office, or on a freelance basis with up to 30 hours per week.

Your Profile.You have been working in the field of user experience design and user interface design for at least five years and your work is based on a strong empathy for user needs. You feel comfortable playing a leading design role in conceptual and visual design projects. Experience in agile product development is not required but would be advantageous.

When faced with a complex issue, you persevere and enjoy thinking outside the box. Your reliable and team-oriented way of working convinces us and our clients alike. As we work for international clients, you should feel comfortable speaking German and English in a business context.
