In an era in which consumers can buy anything online, the customer experience becomes more and more important to build an emotional connection and drive sales. Product presentation, for instance, can go a long way to stimulate purchase behaviour. Successful beauty brands and retailers differentiate themselves through signature moments that are directly aligned to their brand. This experience should be consistent and seamless across all relevant platforms and often budding emphasis on experience provides a distinct

advantage to smaller, more agile brands and retailers.

Join us at the next INNOCOS summit to prepare for these industry-wide shifts. We invite most innovative brands and retailers to share real-life case studies and learnings on the results of greater personalization, loyalty, seamless

journey on and offline, mobile commerce.

Young, Bold and BeautifulHow Generation Z is changing everything we know about beauty. From business and politics to issues of social justice, Gen Zers across the globe today have morphed into a powerful force willing to overturn conventional wisdom and disrupt industries. Individualistic to their core, they reject the idea that there are ‘universal standards’ that everyone should follow in beauty, fashion or otherwise. They are setting up to create their own.  In this presentation, Hana will share her recent research about what Beauty means to these digital natives who are constantly connected and exposed to new ideas. What do they expect from beauty brands and the beauty shopping experience and what beauty industry leaders need to know to engage them effectively?

Hana Ben-Shabat, Founder, Gen Z Planet.

Spiritual cleansing

On this retreat, we’ll get to experience what has made Sedona a destination spot for healing energy. This special energy field is known to locals as the “Spirit of Sedona,” a strong, creative, inspiring and loving feminine presence. The vortexes are described as the crossing points between energy fields in the earth’s grid system. This crossing point is believed to be the intersection between our physical world and the divine healing realm. We’ll hike to a sacred location where we will be led in a sound bath meditation and perform breathwork.

Dresscode: please wear comfortable clothing and shoes you are comfortable walking in and getting dusty- we will be hiking, not a strenuous hike but there will be rocky terrain. I would also recommend a hat and sunglasses.
