On going league / competition between schools that are within close proximity. Home and away games. Fixtures. Log standings and results. Though competitive, mass based. Wednesday league Winning schools progress to district, provincial and national competition. 2.Areas of concern Fixtures - NF submissions: rugby only Fixtures - Provincial submissions: FS, KZN, MP and WC. Distance, equipment, facilities, attire, etc. Coach support (volunteer corp programme, EPWP) Registration process, 9 000 schools registered, down from 15 000 in 2012.
