Middle States AccreditationTeam Visit

March 17-20HTCS Parents/Guardians, HTCS will begin the next steps to the accreditation process through the Middle StatesAssociation of Colleges and Schools with a team visit beginning March 17. The chief purpose of the accreditation process is to validate educational excellence whilerecognizing school improvement, thus constantly sustaining a quality education. This is accomplished by conducting a comprehensive self-evaluation of the total school.Through the accreditation process, the school seeks the validation of its self-evaluation byobtaining professional judgment from impartial outsiders on the effectiveness of the totalschool operation.

We are looking volunteers to help with setting up the gym fora reception for the the visiting team to be held on Sunday, March 17th. Set- up will be Saturday, March 16th at 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.Students in grades 6-8 can receive service hours. Dear Holy Trinity Families and Friends, The Cash Bash is one of our four major fundraising events. Tickets are nowavailable.The Cash Bash is a reverse drawing that is held in the Maria Parish Center. It’s afun night with friends, food and a chance to win some great cash prizes! Only 200tickets are sold for this event! To purchase tickets for the 2019 CA$H BA$H, please fill out the bottom of thispage and send back to school with your payment (checks only please toHTCS) in an envelope marked “Cash Bash”. Ticket(s) will then be sent home inthe family folder. Ticket(s) are first come first serve, so don’t wait too long toget yours! (Receive $10 fundraising credit for each ticket sold.)
