Proactive Market Positioning of the Subic Port
Continuous communication with all stakeholders shipping lines,
locators, port users to listen to their concerns and intuitively addresstheir needs;
Simplified SBMA Accreditation process for a) trucking services; b)
freight forwarding services; c) customs brokerage services; and d)
other port related services allowing them to operate with initial
minimum requirements while complying with full accreditation
requirements;
Systems integration among Bureau of Customs, SBMA, and Subic
Bay International Terminal Corporation for real time monitoring and
management of container inventory bound for NCT1, now at thetesting stage for deployment; and
Enactment of domestic tariff for local shipping lines/companies that
ship from Subic to other domestic ports.
