Sarma ECO BRONZE este realizata din materii prime selectate in functie de proprietatile lor chimice. Solutia chimica speciala, utilizata in procesul de productie (o combinative de suflfat de cupru, zinc si staniu) permite obtinerea sarmei desuprafata compacta si curate care va oferi un cordon de sudura curat si farapulverizari, cu o reducere a consumului varfului de contact si o reducere evident afumului de sudura.
ECO BRONZE isi gaseste aplicabilitatea in procesul de sudare robotizata, cu amperaj ridicat la o rata de depunere foarte mare.
The ECO BRONZE wire, is made using selected raw materials according to their chemical properties. Shiny gold color, the coated surface with a base of BRONZE film. The special chemical solution used in production process (a combination of copper sulfate, zinc and tin), it allows to obtain wire with compact and clean surface, which will give a clear weld bead and free from spatters, with a consumption reduction of contact tip and an evident reduction of welding fumes. ECO BRONZE wire finds particular application in robotic welding process also with high amperage at very high deposition rate.
