HOW TO MAKE CITRUS SLICE

Ingredients

100g butter

3/4cup(1/2) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup coconut

Grated rind of 1 or 2 citrus fruit

1(200g) packet of wine biscuits ,crushed

Icing

1 cup icing sugar

2 tbsp soft butter

Citrus fruit juice

Melt the butter

Add condensed milk

Add coconut

Add finely grated rind of one large or 2 small lemons ,oranges ,

mandarins or tangelos

Add crushed biscuits, mix well

Lightly place in a

buttered or sprayed

dish square or

rectangular shaped

Mix icing sugar with soft butter ,then add juice, a few drops at a

time then mix well

Spread the icing

Put in freezer till firm , then cut into squares or

rectangles
