User Creation by Vendor

e-Procurement SRM

When MCGM authority approves the vendor's registration application, an e-mail will be generated

by the system. This mail will be sent to vendor's e-mail ID maintained during registration process. The mail contains link to create his User Id

1.1 Creation of Vendors Administrator User ID The Supplier who has registered gets the mail for creating his USER ID in which he gets the

registration ID details along with the URL. Vendor will use this URL and create "Administrator user ID"

required for his company.

After registration supplier gets the

mail with the portal link.

After clicking on the URL, system will open following screen where the details of Administrator user needs to be filled.

Enter a user ID for the Administrator. Enter your Country code Enter language as English Enter telephone no. Enter Fax no (Optional)

Select the option from dropdown as DD.MM.YYYY

Select the option from dropdown as 12,345,687.90 India

Data Privacy Check the box Statement

After reading the Data privacy Statement click on Yes

checkbox and click on create tab

When you click on create tab the next screen appears which will ask you to login with your Administrator User ID and password just created.

Give Your User name and password

When you will login in for the first time, system may ask you to change the password. Vendor will change the password and log in to the system.
