Melissa, a casual teacher, has worked a casual day at Burgh Primary School.
The School Administrative Manager, John is entering Melissa’s day worked.

Prior to the release of the new HR Payroll system John would have completed the time sheet in eCPC.
John would select the casual from his casual list.
John would also when submitting the time sheet, select an Account from the Accounts List Maintenance drop down/select a CEPs Code.
In the next few slides, we will show you how John submits a time sheet using sub delegate service and selects a Reason Code in the new HR Payroll system instead of an Accounts code/CEPS code in eCPC.

Note: The Reason Code is a condensed list of the previously available Accounts List Maintenance screen. Reason Code is used to manage resource cost allocations. If these costs are then required to be broken down into more granular detail use WBS/IO.

Click the Copy icon to copy and paste the row to another day if required

Success messages are displayed to confirm submission of data. (The Warning symbol is a reminder to fill in details if known, but it is not a mandatory field.)

SDS Timesheet top tips:1 This functionality can be used to record time for:
Casuals (teaching) – casual timesheeting
Short Term Temporary/ Casuals (non-teaching) – casual timesheeting
Perm/Temp (teaching) – casual timesheeting for Temp teachers
Perm/Temp (non-teaching) – additional hours or overtime
2 The following steps can be followed to establish your favourites list:
a) Tick the Favourites box next to the individuals name
b) Click on the column header to sort your favourites
