PRODUCT BULLETIN SEP 2019 Technical Overview: • SANY latest boom technology, light weight 4 stage Z-fold. • Large pump unit with a maximum output of 150m 3 per hour. • Delivery cylinders 200mm diameter with 1300mm stroke. • Gross vehicle weights: 19,500kg (Fuso) / 19,760kg (Hino) • 150mm delivery pipe from the hopper. • Twin piping standard, straight tube hinged elbows are double lined for extreme wear. • Fault displayed on the monitor continually monitoring 200 functions. • Discharge port and transitions service life of 60,000-80,000m 3 . • Concrete piston German rubber technology abrasive and temperature resistance. • Wear ring/cutting rings manufactured from high wear resistant alloy to prevent crumbling and leaking for increased service life. • Delivery cylinders- cylinders are lined with chrome to .03mm with a hardness exceeding HV90 giving a service life approximately 80,000m 3 (depending on operating condition). • Boom overload protection technology • Hopper screen interlock switches for safety. Hopper lids as standard. • Vibrator fitted to the grill with control switch on both sides of the hopper. • Horn activation switch fitted to both sides of the hopper to alert the driver. • European wireless remotes standard.
