    Larger Workload

    The main pump consists of two plunger-typeumps of serial variable displacement. The

    wo pumps are controlled via full-powerariables, meaning that the sum of power ofwo pumps is kept constant. When a singleump is running, this pump can absorb theower of the other idle hydraulic pump tonsure the full use of engine power.

    With hydraulic elements provided by world famous companiesand world advanced and mature hydraulic system of electronicpositive flow control, Sany excavators are capable of maintaininghigh operating efficiency on the basis of high system stability andbetter operability.

    A quick circuit is added to the arm oil cylinder circuit. When thearm oil cylinder is extended, the oil return circuit is cut off andhydraulic oil flows from the return circuit into the cylinder via acheck valve. The hydraulic oil in arm cylinder rod end does notreturn the tank but goes directly to the cylinder head end. Thearm speed is increased as a result. The fuel consumption is lowunder this condition.

    Pressure Loss Reduced with The Use of EfficientHydraulic Components

    Improved pump efficiency: A variety of improvements, includingthe improvement of clearances between internal pump parts,minimizes the leakage.

    The engine, main pump, main valve and other core components,tailored by the world famous suppliers for Sany, are designed inconsideration of the overall performance of Sany excavator. Thepositive flow hydraulic system and the advanced computerdynamic control technology are used to provide real-time matchbetween engine power and main pump power while effectivelymaximizing the machine performance and significantly reducingthe fuel consumption.

    With closed-loop control, the controllerutomatically regulates the power absorbedy hydraulic pump according to the changesf engine load during the operation, keeping

    he power of hydraulic pump matching up tohe power of engine at all times. Namely, theontroller sets the power of engine accordingo specific conditions to reduce the workingntensity of engine and ensures a stable andconomic engine application.

    The electric control module has the capability of making quickresponse to the change of operating variables in order to

    achieve optimum engine performance. It is fully integratedwith sensors of fuel, engine oil, air intake, coolant andexhaust system to conduct the real-time monitoring andauto-adjustment on the system conditions, which can ensurethe engine won't overload when the excavator works with fullload.

    Fan Guard: The radiator fan isenclosed with a protective netcover that prevents objects fromfalling into the fan to damage itsblades.Serially Arranged Coolers: waterradiator, oil radiator, intercoolerand condenser are arranged sideby side; the aluminum radiatorgives better cooling effect.

    With the engine power of 128.5kw,SY235C has a displacement up to6.494L, which reduces the engineheat load and gives a longerservice life.

    With strengthened boom, arm and bucket, SY235C can better meet the customers require-

    ment for heavy duty operation over a long period of time.

    Important parts of the boom havebeen fully reinforced. With stron-ger front and rear supporting

    plates, the lateral stress is downby 10% during the boom swing.

    ArmThe rear support of arm is speciallyreinforced, offering excellenttorsion resistance under the
