• Sanlorenzo Shares is revolutionizing the economics and ease of large yacht ownership with our unique fractional ownership

program.

• Sanlorenzo Shares makes ownership of one of the finest built yachts in the world extremely affordable and sensible.

• Ownership stakes in our yachts are available in 20% increments. Each 20% position entitles the owner up to six weeks of

use per year. You are free to schedule your time throughout the year.

• In addition to cost savings, Sanlorenzo Shares assumes all of the time consuming chores associated with yacht ownership.

• Our fractional programs include all of the desirable aspects of yacht ownership without any of the bothersome duties

normally dealt with by individual owners.

The Complete Experience, a Fraction of the Cost

The Sanlorenzo Shares pricing model is designed to be cost effective and simple. Modeled after the highly successful

Fractional Jet Ownership Program, we package all of your costs into three categories.

Capital Cost: This covers the acquisition of your ownership stake in the yacht. After five years, the vessel is sold and you

receive your share of the residual value.

Monthly Maintenance Fee: This covers all ongoing costs associated with maintaining the yacht and its crew.

Variable Costs: You are simply responsible for items like fuel and transient dockage while using the vessel.

While a shareholder in a Sanlorenzo yacht, each owner will have up to two weeks over the ownership period aboard a vessel

in the Mediterranean. European access is a unique and exciting feature only available from Sanlorenzo Shares!

FREQUENTY ASKED QUESTIONS How is the ownership structured?

An LLC is formed and each owner is a shareholder in the LLC that owns the yacht.

Who manages the yacht?

A professional yacht management company will oversee the daily operation of the vessel, hire and support the crew, arrange

maintenance and manage the finances of the yacht.

How do I schedule time aboard my yacht?

You simply give us a call up to four months in advance to book your time.

Can I book a trip further out than four months?

Yes, you can book a single trip up to a year in advance if you have a specific or special occasion you would like your yacht for.

If I cannot use my time due to my busy schedule, may I give it away or charter the yacht?

The yacht is intended for the use of its owners, family, guests and friends. You may give your time away but may not charter or

sell your time.

How long or short of a trip may I take?

Depending on the schedule, you may schedule the yacht to use for as little or as much time as you like at the time.

Can I sell my share or trade it in before the five years is up?

Yes, you may sell your share at anytime. You can also move up to another yacht in our fractional program.

What are some of the ports my yacht will travel to throughout the year?

The potential ports in the Summer: - Annapolis, Baltimore, Atlantic City, Manhattan, Newport among many others.

In the Winter: - St. Thomas, St. Croix, Antigua, St. Barths, St. Maarten, Bahamas and Turks and Caicos.

Is there a Chef onboard?

Yes. The crew consists of the Captain, Mate, Steward/Stewardess and a Chef.
