Sanfer System Simpler Better Faster
Build Process
Introduction
Sanfer System panels are manufactured according to the specific modulation requirements of a project.
The máximum weight of the panels is 35kg which is easily handled by 2 operators.
3 operators lay a mínimum of 100m2 of Wall per day.
Solutions
Sanfer System has specific solutions for exterior walls, interior walls, floors, flat and inclined roofs, staircases and swimming pools.
Exterior wallsWall thickness and height can be adjusted according to a projects requirements.
Solutions

Foundations
There are no specific foundation requirements for using Sanfer System.
Sanfer System can be used with any type of foundation.
Modules
Sanfer System panels are manufactured according to the modulation project.
The panels are fully flexible regards width of EPS and cavity. The panels can be adjusted to a projects requirements.
These are examples of a floor and exterior Wall modulation.
Wall mounting
Panels are simply placed on site according to their module code and the module plan.
Panels are aligned using metal bars fixed to the walls.
Wall mounting
After alignment panels are soldered together both to each other and to Steel rods fixed into the floor.
Clean worksites = Safe Worksites
Factory built panels are made to measure. There is virtually no wastage or residue generated during the pane mounting process.
Any panel alterations on site are simple and fast.
Structure
Sanfer System can be used with any type of structure.
The structure is incorporated within the Sanfer System panels.
Concrete pillar, reinforced concrete walls, Steel frame and timber frame structures are all compatible.
Structure
Structural Sanfer System panels are supported with interior metal plates and can accomodate vertical and horizontal rebar.
Alternative Wall fills
Wall panels can be separated internally to use high grade structural concrete in structural areas.
This allows cheaper materials or materials with higher thermal values to be used in non-structural areas. Such as lower grade concrete, aerated concrete, mortar, clay, poured earth etc.
Wall Fills
In non-load bearing areas of external walls alternative wall fills can be employed.
This allows cheaper materials or materials with higher thermal values to be used in non-load bearing areas. Including lower grade concrete, aerated concrete, mortar, clay, poured earth, cement mixed with eps pearls (see right image).
According to size, concrete pour can be carried out for an entire floor in one day.
A vibrator is used to ensure a uniform concrete coverage.
Chasing
Chasing begins the day after pouring concrete.
The chasing is carried out using a heat gun.
This is fast, safe, cost effective and avoids debris generation.
Plumbing and electrical work
Plumbing and electrical work is carried out quickly and efficiently.
Installations are carried out the day after concrete pour.
Work is continuous. Electrical and plumbing work and window and door installation is carried out whilst work on superior floors in ongoing.
Finishing work
Windows and doors are installed in exactly the same way as they are installed in traditional construction.
Finishing work
Interior finishes are simple to apply and traditional in nature and require no additional staff training.
Finishing work
Sanfer System can be finished with any type of interior finishing material. Render, wood panelling, tiles, plaster board…
Finishing work
Exterior and interior finish can be applied by hand or using a projection machine.
Scaffolding or an elevators are used.
Finishing work
Sanfer System can be finished with any type of exterior finishing material. Water proof render, cladding, brick tiles, wood etc
