How do I book a training session?

Contact us at training@vincere.io to schedule your training sessions.

How do I attend the training?

Training sessions are conducted online. You will receive the meeting URL once the training session is confirmed. On-site training is available on request and subject to additional fees.

What do I need to prepare for the training?

• Make sure that all your users are active (have logged in at least once) • Reliable internet connection • Tested audio: speakers & microphone

How do I pay for the training package or top-ups?

You will have to pay for your chosen training package in full, upfront in the currency that you are billed in.

What happens if I have to cancel or re-book the session? What is the cancellation policy?

Please notify us at training@vincere.io at least 48 hours before the first session. Late cancellations will be regarded as a no-show. All fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to accept or deny any re-bookings based on the trainer’s schedule.
