Unfortunately during these testing times, digital transformation can’t be imposed on customers as there is a major dependency on smartphone penetration in the target market. POS & e-shops not widely used by the majority of the population. There will be physical items/services, which have to be collected or sold at customer touchpoints. Similarly, the digital wallet penetration is dependent on the target market and smart phone usage. There is still a need to collect paper currency for the services offered (based on the measures on lockdown/social distancing norms)
