For the Passion and Death of your Divine Son..... we thank you Father....through the Cross, He redeemed the

world.

For the Church......... we thank you Father.... it is our beacon for salvation.

For the martyrs and saints who give testimony to your Son......... we thank you Father.....their witness to your

Son is our inheritance.

For our loved ones and friends who have died and gone before us..... we thank you Father...their love abides

with us forever.

For loving spouses ......we thank you Father......together we seek you.

For the gift of children.....we thank you Father....they are your precious gifts to us and to the world.

from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM followed by the Qurbono (Divine Liturgy) at 5:30 PM. Adora-tion will resume at 6:00 PM and will con-clude with the Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.

Adult Bible Study at 7:00 PM, please bring a dish to share.

NAM AWARENESS MONTH If you are current with your dues for 2016, you can continue your membership for 2017 at this time. Please see Debbie Fernandez or the church office for the NAM membership dues.

APPRECIATION LUNCHEON We would like to show our gratitude to all the volunteers that help make the events at St. George a success. On Sunday, December 4 we will have a volunteer appreciation luncheon after the 11:00 AM liturgy in the MCC. Please bring a dessert to share with all of our great vol-unteers.

THANKSGIVING BASKETS

The MYO would like to thank everyone who donated to this year’s Thanksgiving food drive. Thanks to everyone's generosity we were able to provide 35 families with a thanksgiving dinner. Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving to all of you.

CHRISTMAS CONCERT This year, the St. George Maronite Catholic Church Choir & Faith Formation Community will be hosting our annual Christmas Concert. This will take place on Saturday, December 17, 2016 after the 5:00 PM Children’s Liturgy from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A reception will then fol-low in the MCC with a visit from St. Nicholas! (Santa Claus) We will be providing a Momentum Christmas Program Book to all who attend this event, and we encourage all families to participate in this memory keepsake. We kindly ask all interested sponsors to donate the following:

$50 for a full page, with family picture in-cluded.

$25 for a half page, with family picture in-cluded.

$10 for a quarter page, no picture included.

All children are encouraged to participate in the Concert this year, and all families are welcome to attend and join in the musical celebration of this joyful season! The deadline for the program book and for attending the reception is Sunday, December 11th, 2016.

GIVING TREE We will again participate in the Giving Tree program to aid needy children. The giving tree this year will support the mission of the Salesian Sisters of St. John Bosco that includes education, youth ministry, outreach programs for poor and disadvantaged families and other ministries. Or-naments from the tree represent what each child needs for Christmas. You can pick up the orna-ment you choose starting on Saturday December 3, 2016. Please remember to put the label on the Christmas gift that you buy and return your gifts to the church or church offices by December 16, 2016.
