Program Details

The Roofing & Siding Rewards Program applies to asphalt

roofing products, roofing accessories, vinyl siding, and vinyl

siding accessories only. Below is a breakdown of the various

tiers and purchase amounts needed in order to receive a

cruise certificate.

Tier 1 - $100,000 = $1,000.00 cruise certificate

Tier 2 - $175,000 = $1,750.00 cruise certificate

Tier 3 - $250,000 = $2,500.00 cruise certificate

You can sign up to participate in our Rewards Program at any

time. After your Rewards registration has been reviewed and

approved, you will begin earning Rewards on a 12-month

rolling period. Please see the registration form on the back of

the brochure.

Rewards Program, your roofing and siding purchases will be

Registration Agreement A duly authorized representative of the participating company must execute and deliver this Registration Agreement on behalf of the

participating company.

Additional Terms & ConditionsThe amount of qualifying purchases required to satisfy the various rewards levels are as separately published by East Haven Builders Supply (“EHBS”), as the same may be amended from time to time, in the sole discretion of EHBS. Any and all cruise and associated travel fees, charges, and taxes in excess of any Program rewards are the sole responsibility of the Participant and its designated rewards recipient. Qualifying purchases from EHBS under the Program exclude sales tax and any other additional fees or costs, including, without limitation, shipping and handling and restocking fees. Participant’s account must be current and in good standing at the time of Program registration and remain in good standing during the duration of the Program. If payment terms are not met by Participant in any particular month, that month's purchases will be excluded from credit toward Program rewards. Purchases made prior to enrollment and acceptance of Participant’s Registration Agreement are not qualifying purchases. EHBS reserves the right to reject any Registration Agreement or to terminate any Participant’s participation in the Program at any time. Qualifying purchases counting toward issuance of Program rewards shall remain eligible for Program purposes on a rolling 12 month basis; provided, however, that qualifying purchases in any such month shall only count toward the issuance of a single reward. Neither qualifying purchases nor any earned rewards are redeemable by Participant or its designated rewards recipient for cash. EHBS, at any time and for any reason, may terminate the Program or change its terms. Trip planning and coordination of cruise line, associated travel, destination, dates and length of travel, and similar details, are the sole responsibility of the Participant and its designated rewards recipient. EHBS is not an agent, partner, joint venturer or authorized representative of any cruise line, or other travel provider, and shall have no liability, of any kind or nature, for any loss or damage to person or property suffered by Participant or its designated rewards recipient, or any family member or other person traveling with Participant’s designated rewards recipient, on account of any claim, damages, loss or liability related to any act or omission of any cruise line, other travel provider, its agents or employees, or any third persons or resulting from any acts of God, including, without limitation, for any cancellation or change in scheduled travel, accommodations, amenities, lost or stolen property, injury or death. Participant’s designated rewards recipient and any persons traveling with such designated rewards recipient assume any and all risks of loss, injury and/or death associated with any cruise travel funded in whole or in part with any rewards earned pursuant to the Program and/or any associated travel. The terms and conditions stated in this Registration Agreement are the exclusive terms and conditions governing the Program and supersede any prior or contemporaneous oral or written understandings between Participant and EHBS. To the extent of any conflict between the terms stated herein and those contained in any other document, the terms stated herein shall govern and control. This Registration Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without regards to conflict of law principles.

The above signatory warrants and represents that I am a duly authorized representative of the above-named participating company (the “Participant”) and that I possess all requisite authority to bind the Participant to the terms and conditions stated herein of the East Haven Builders Supply Rewards Program (the “Program”). The Participant acknowledges and agrees that its account must be and remain current and otherwise in good standing in order to participate in the Program and to redeem such Program rewards, if any, as may be hereafter earned.
