About Us

Our family has been in the metal Business since 1998. In 2010 our family moved to

Maine and Sam opened Miller’s Metal Sales, and now has been joined by the

his sons Abe & Norman, the 2nd generation.

Our goal is to provide quality products, at a competitive price, with

a reasonable turn around time.

We sell a full line of metal products and accessories from our shop on Rt. 1A,

at 456 Houlton Road, Easton, Maine.

bubbles bonded to and sandwiched between a radiant barrier metalized foil

and white polyethylene sheet. Class 1/Class A Fire Rating (ASTM E-84-05)

10 square roll (48” x 286’) — RhinoRoof U20 is a 7 mil synthetic felt replace-

ment. It is a highly engineered mechanically attached, coated woven synthetic

roofing underlayment for sloped roofs. RhinoRoof’s durable and high strength

VENTILATION

Perforated Steel Soffit Sold by linear foot. Traditionally used to finish out roof eaves for a clean look. Perforated

steel soffit serves as a ventilation system with a vented ridge cap. With the option of vented

or unvented, you have control over the amount of airflow that heats and cools your attic.

Ridge Closer Foam Sealant Provides ventilation and uniform air flow for the proper maintenance of metal roofs. Uniquely

engineered breathable closure strips eliminate any leak path into the ridge area by

completely sealing against the panel profile. This form-fit reduces wind-driven rain problems

to a minimum.

Ultra-vent 20 foot Roll—Ultra-Vent will conform to virtually any roof panel configuration. It compresses

and fills every void between your ridge cap and the roof panel. Factory applied glue strips

allow the installer to roll out Ultra-Vent and apply it to the roof panel, even in windy condi-

tions. Then, any standard ridge cap can finish off the installation.

Non-marring, vinyl-gripped jaws are ideal for bending and seaming painted metals including soffit

and fascia and metal roofing.

SNIPS —

TURBO SHEAR — Turn your power drill a powerful metal-cutting shear. This attachment

quickly inserts into the chuck of a corded or cordless drill to make fast straight, curved or square

cuts in most common sheet metals. A sleek, lightweight aluminum cast shear head with molded

drill clamp allows maximum portability and ease to go wherever the work is. The drill clamp ad-

justs to fit both length and width of popular drill sizes including smaller bodied impact drivers.

Comes with optional spacers which are stored on clamp for large motor housings. The clamp

collar allows the shear head to be rotated 360° and set in any position for optimum tool clearance

when navigating profiles or to facilitate easy material flow. The shear’s wide-opening jaws can

operate at high or low speeds for the control you need to follow a precise trim line, navigate

crosscuts through profiles of metal building and roofing panels or cut through layered metal and

seams, even the ribs of spiral duct. Heavy-duty gearing and beefy, hardened carbon steel blades

combine to offer up to 18-guage (1.22 mm) cutting capacity in mild steel. A lateral blade adjust-

ment capability ensures that optimum cutting performance and maneuverability can be main-

tained for the life of the blades. Replacement blades are available and easily installed on the job.

DRIP EDGE FOLDING TOOL — Big 24-inch (61 cm) and compact 18-inch (46 cm)

Drip Edge Folding Tools make quick bends along the drip edge of flat-pan standing seam metal

roofing panels. Two rib-reinforced steel plates are permanently welded together to create two

folding seams for making 1-inch (25.4 mm) and 1-1/2-inch (38.1 mm) deep bends in maximum 22

-gauge (0.76 mm) steel. A two-post-design, fiberglass reinforced nylon handle offers durable,

lightweight strength and high leverage for working overhead or on a bench.

TOUCH-UP PAINT — Minor scratches on panels and trim can be fixed with minimal costs. This 4 oz. can has an inte-

grated brush to make application easy. Available in all of the ABM colors.

JAMES WAY VALLEY SQUARE —

All aluminum and stainless steel materials for long lasting quality tool. Folds up compact for easy

carrying and storage. The Valley Square does double duty replacing a general square when

needed.

Aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware. Invented and manufactured by the Amish in Penn-

sylvania. This square is designed to improve speed and quality when installing metal roofing in

valleys. It eliminates the need for chalking vertical lines for each piece of metal and countless

times of pulling out a tape measure. The tabbed side of the square is place against the last roof-

ing panel, and the side leg is aligned with the valley and secured with the adjustment leg. The

square is then laid on the next piece, instantly transferring the angle of the valley.

1/4” NUTDRIVER — 1/4” Nutdriver will fit all screws we sell. Precision fit and hardened Hex Chuck Driver with 1/4-inch

power insert shanks. This driver will meet on-the-job demands for performance and service life

whether installed on a power drill or used with a Quick Change Handle.
