description

A very small presentation on most important historical phases of Sagrada Familia's construction and some reasons as failure factors because of its length. I value it because of the great pictures and photos taken from scientific articles, they are not so easy to find in Google )

Failure Factors

Haven’t agreed on building requirements => architect change

Involved changes of design, which were not planned

Ran out on budget for that

No deadlines were followed

Fire destroyed the drafts for the building

Civil War

Overall, no planning involved until modern technologies

No risk assessment

No control over Gaudi
