MAVIG is certified according to EN ISO 13485:2012. MAVIG products are certified in accordance with the applicable CE standards: EU Directive 89/686/EEC (Personal Protective Equipment) or 93/42/EEC for medical devices. Numerous additional international certificates are available.

Inside: Standard Lead X-Ray ProtectionWith our standard lead material on a natural rubberbase, we have maintained our leading position asa manufacturer of X-ray protective clothing for years.This high quality and flexible material offers youprotection against radiation in accordance withIEC 61331-1:2014 / DIN EN 61331-1:2016 over theentire X-ray tube voltage range from 50 - 150 kV.

Outer Material: ComforTex® HPMFmaViG uses a medical fabric of the highest performance class as an outer cover for X-ray protective clothing, which is based on DIN EN 13795:2013.

the special material composition creates a highly effective protective barrier which prevents any penetration of pathogens and their carrier media, such as fluids and solid particles. additionally, the material structure repels liquids and counteracts any growth of microorganisms on the surface. the special microfibre fabric also provides maximum freedom from the release of textile particles. next to the safety issues for the inner protective material, comfortex® HPmF is pleasing to touch and comfortable to wear.

The MAVIG patient protective apron RD642, which is used for dental images in both sitting and lying positions, distinguishes itself through its flexibility and wearing comfort.

The high quality hook and burr closure enables precise fitting, as well as safe and fast putting on of the apron.

The patient protective apron RD635 offers ideal radiation protection during panoramic X-ray images of a standing patient.

the apron can be put on comfortably, and with only one movement, it can be individually adjusted to the specific measurements of the respective patient.

another advantage is the hook & burr closing system in the front of the apron, which allows the back part of the apron to lay flat against the patient.

Just like our classic model (RD642), this model offers high flexibility and wearing comfort. the apron does not only offer extensive protection up to the gonads, but also for the thyroid gland of the sitting patient during dental X-rays.

the hook and burr fastener on the sewn-on protective collar ensures a perfect fit, as well as safe and fast putting on and taking off. Loops on the back of the apron allow the apron to be fastened to the dental chair.

The apron model RD644 was designed as a reversible apron, which allows you to choose between a one or dual colored design*.

RA640

The classic Basic RA640 model has proved itself over many years and is normally worn as front protection for short and occasional periods during conventional X-ray without fluoroscopy.

the front protection apron is also suitable as protective clothing for people accompanying the patient. the line of the cut takes into account all of the requirements of conventional radiology.

For the manufacturing of RA640 basic aprons we only use high-quality, flexible standard lead material.
