CHEVERUS CATHOLIC SCHOOL OF MALDEN ANNOUNCES SPRING OPEN HOUSE

Cheverus Catholic School will host an Open House on Monday evening, March 30, from 6 – 8 PM. The school is currently accepting registrations for grades Pre-K through 8. There are limited openings at each grade level. Students will be accepted on a first come basis.

The Open House will provide interested families with the opportunity to tour the school, learn about our programs, and speak with teachers, parents, alumni, and students. Students may be registered during the Open House.

Tuition for the 2015 – 2016 academic year will be: • $4,950.00 for students in grades K – 8. Kindergarten is a full day program.

• Pre-K program, which includes 3 and 4 year olds, is $5,000.00 for the five day program, $4,400.00 for 3 days and $3,800.00 for 2 days.

With a faith-based curriculum, students achieve academic excel-lence, develop social skills, nurture their spiritual life, and become valuable citizens of our country. JOIN US FOR A ½ DAY OF PRAYER ON APRIL 2nd, 2015 - HOLY THURSDAY

7 CHURCHES WOULD BE SEQUENTIALLY VISITED via BUSES- The Rosary, The Divine Mercy, and one of Blessed Mother’s prayers in honor of Her Seven Sorrows will be prayed for each church. We will visit churches in Medford, Salem, and Peabody. Registration for badges and gift bags begins at 5:30AM and continues until 6:00AM in St. Joseph’s LOWER CHURCH, 118 High St. MEDFORD. Opening prayers are at 6:00AM SHARP! We will return to St. Joseph’s by 12 noon.

The cost is $25.00 per person and is Non-Refundable! Mystic Valley Elder Services

Our “Meals on Wheels” drivers deliver 2000 healthy meals, every weekday, to elders and disabled adults many of whom are homebound and alone. The few moments of kindness they provide make this service so much more than just a meal!

We are currently in need of per diem (on call) drivers to de-liver meals to our most vulnerable neighbors in Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Stone-ham, and Wakefield. Meals are delivered between 10am and 1pm, Monday to Friday. The starting rate for drivers is $10.50/hr. plus mileage reimbursement at $.56/mile.
