    Management

    Meyer Kahn joined the group in 1966 andoccupied executive positions in a numbero the groups ormer retail interests beorebeing appointed to the board o SAB Ltd in1981. He was appointed Group ManagingDirector in 1983 and Executive Chairman in1990. In 1997, he was seconded ull-time tothe South Arican Police Service as its ChieExecutive, serving or two and a hal years.He was appointed Chairman o South AricanBreweries plc upon its listing on the LondonStock Exchange in 1999. Among other awards,he holds an honorary doctorate in commerce

    rom the University o Pretoria and was awardedThe South Arican Police Star or OutstandingService (SOE) in 2000.

    Graham Mackay joined The South AricanBreweries Limited (SAB Ltd) in 1978 andhas held a number o senior positions inthe group, including Executive Chairmano the beer business in South Arica.

    He was appointed Group Managing Directorin 1997 and Chie Executive o South AricanBreweries plc upon its listing on the LondonStock Exchange in 1999.He is the Senior Independent Non-ExecutiveDirector o Reckitt Benckiser Group plc anda director o Philip Morris International Inc.

    Malcolm Wyman joined SAB Ltd in 1986,and joined the board as Group CorporateFinance Director in 1990. He was appointedto the board o South Arican Breweries plcupon its listing on the London Stock Exchangein 1999.

    He became Chie Financial Ocer in 2001,with responsibility or the groups nanceoperations, corporate nance anddevelopment, and group strategy. Prior to

    joining SAB Ltd, he was an Executive Directoro UAL Merchant Bank, South Arica.

    or Pepsico International in Panama.

    Our regional oce is located in Bogot,

    Colombia.

    Our primary brewing operations cover 10

    countries. These are the Czech Republic,Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Russia,Slovakia, Spain (Canary Islands), The

    Netherlands and Ukraine.IIn the majority o these countries we are the

    number one or two brewer by marketshare.

    We also export signicant volumes to a

    urther eight European markets o which thelargest are the UK and Germany.

    Our regional oce is located in Zug,

    Switzerland.

    MillerCoors is a joint venture with Molson

    Coors Brewing Company, ormed in 2008by bringing together the US and Puerto Ricooperations o both companies.

    It is the second-largest brewer in the United

    States with nearly 30% o the US beermarket.

    Our brands are exported to Mexico and

    Canada, where some are also producedunder licence. Our regional oce is locatedin Zug, Switzerland.

    MillerCoors will be headquartered in Chicago,

    Illinois rom mid 2009.

    CR Snow, our partnership with China

    Resources Enterprise, Limited, is the largestbrewer in China while SABMiller India is thesecond-largest brewer in India.

    We have an operation in Vietnam, a joint

    venture in Australia, and export signicantvolumes to South Korea and Taiwan.

    Regional oces are located in Johannesburg

    and Hong Kong.

    The South Arican Breweries is our original

    brewing company and South Aricas leadingproducer and distributor o alcoholic andnon-alcoholic beverages.
