You built a thoughtfully considered non-objective sculpture with surface treatment, all based on your personality trait / the personality traits of all group members.

You used the element of form to represent your personality trait. Forms are sturdy and free-standing.

You shared responsibility (if working in a group) for all aspects of the project, followed directions, and completed all parts.

The structural design of your form and the surface treatment of your form are original designs (no pre-existing symbols!)

Your form explores 3-dimensional space, considers how it interacts with the ground, and how it looks from all sides.

Your sculpture is well-constructed: it is free-standing, sturdy, and all pieces have been securely attached.

You used your time productively, appropriately, and safely during every class.

You took care of the art materials and voluntarily assisted in clean-up on a daily basis.

Paint (or other surface treatment) has been evenly and carefully applied.

Reflection Questions (2 pts each, the front is 4 pts):

1. Do you feel the form you created accurately represents your personality? YES / NO! If yes, how does it represent you? (Mention what elements or principles help)! If no, how could you change it to make it more representative of you?

2. How is the process of making a model before constructing the final sculpture similar to the way we prepared for other units so far this year?

3. Did this help your final sculpture? Why or why not?

4. Are you happy with the final sculpture? Why or Why not?

5. If you could rework something what would you change?

If your group each made their own sculpture...

6. What were the benefits of making your own sculpture?

7. What were the challenges?

If your group worked together on one sculpture...

6. What were the benefits of working together to create one sculpture?
