*Optional: In the case where Buyer has no tank storage, Buyer may extend Seller’s tank withproductforaminimumofthree(3)businessdays.

6. Upon receipt of the TSR/commitment letter from Buyer’s Tank Storage Company, Buyer is

issuedFullPOP.

*InthecasewhereBuyerextendsSeller’stanksinRotterdam/Houston,SellerobtainsandissuestoBuyer Port Terminal Access Permit and Clearance for Buyer to come into its tank facilities toconduct itsDipTestandconfirmsproductQuantityandQualityaswellas signoffonChangeofCertificateofOwnershipdocuments.

7. ThebelowFullProofofProductdocumentisissued:

Buyer’stank,railcar,truckortankerVessel.SellertransferstitletoBuyer.

11. Seller/Buyer pays all intermediaries/mandates involved their commission by TTwire transfer

within48workinghoursaccordingtosignedNCNDA/IMFPAdocuments.
