Application Process: General steps

Candidate completes and submits

application online OR gives PDF form to

club/district

•Candidates can obtain email addresses and names of contacts in club / district via Rotary Club Finder

•Candidate completes all aspects of application except the endorsement forms

Clubs and districts receive and review application online

(via email) or in PDF form

•Clubs and districts will receive the online application simultaneously

•Review that the application is complete before arranging an interview

Interview candidate and choose

endorsement status for fellowship

•Complete the online endorsement form or PDF endorsement form

Submit club/district online endorsement

form or send PDF application to Rotary

Peace Centers

•Signature required from District Governor, and District Rotary Foundation Chair or Rotary Peace Fellowships Subcommittee Chair
