RESTORATION OF THE AREA WHERETHE STRUCTURES WERE LOCATED, FOR RETURN TO PUBLIC USES AS OPEN SPACE AND A PEDESTRIAN PLAZAMUST COMMENCE AS SOON AS THE WEATHER ALLOWS SUCH REDEVELOPMENT TO OCCUR.
