2013 – Present New Product Operations Manager, SanDisk Corporation, Milpitas, CA

Directly responsible for New Product Introduction and volume production ramp for Retail & OEM Product

lines. Successfully managed and launch OEM Solid State Drive and other flash products from design phase in

US to overseas mass production within tight schedule.

Leading the Cross Functional Team (CFT) & ensuring Product readiness/Low Volume Manufacturing (LVM),

coordinating project schedule and requirements to US and Asia supply chain teams. Shipped all products

ahead of schedule to meet customer and engineering development needs.

Develop and manage Finished Goods Bill Of Material (BOM) database in Agile for all product variants.

Responsible for creating ECO, MCO & Deviation based on Product requirement.

Using Agile PLM system assigning tasks and tracking each BOM component of the project and follow up with

weekly status update meeting. Address and measure all potential risks that may cause delay mass production

launch including from design phase (electrical & mechanical), firmware, material, NPI build, tests & validation,

Developed Product Line models highlighting inventory strategies & discounting to maximize revenues

throughout the entire product life cycle. Create sophisticated measurements and metrics to determine how
