Identify team’s roles and responsibilities. (At least one paragraph per person.)

Chelsea’s role was staff liaison and heath and safety officer.

The tasks she had to do were to create a head teachers newsletter which will be published in the teachers magazine about what will be happening about the sports festival.

To organise attending year team briefing. This is to inform the years teams what we are planning and how the day will be run.

Organise 1st aid team. So on the day if there are any injuries people can go to a spot so they can be handled by people who have passed there first aid.

Finally to organise meetings with DKN and VTU.

Sajan’s role was staff liaison and health and safety officer.

The tasks he had to do were organise briefing with staff. This is a meeting with all the staff in the school to tell them about the sports festival.

Organise head of department meeting. This is where the people in the head of the departments can be informed on what will be happening and if they would be willing to help on the sports festival day.

Create risk assessment. This is where someone would go round to see if there are any risks. Finally to create letter to parents to inform them of what will be happening on the day, and

why it won’t be a normal school day.

Ryan’s role was creative specialist.

The tasks he had to do were choose the final logo design. The logo design will go on all the things that will be created so people can see the logo and immediately says it’s for the sports festival.

Source sashes/tops. On the day the creative and media team will wear a sash or a top to show they are helpers.

Organise music. Instead of the normal school buzzer for the day we thought of doing sports music to encourage people to participate more.

And finally to make assembly PowerPoint. This is for the level two creative and media team to go round to year assemblies to tell the students about the sports festival day.

Saujanya’s role was Logistical Organiser.

Her tasks were create a zone plan. This is to show where all the things will be happening. Organise teacher’s allocations to activities. So the teachers would know what sports they

would be teaching in. Create festival organise plan. To show how the day would be going. Contact outside sports people. So people can do certain sports that you can only do if you

have been trained in that department.

Everyone also had another role to do and that was for marketing.
