9. THE PURPOSE OF THE STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT (SDE) IS TO PROVIDE STORM WATER CONVEYANCE.
BUILDINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE EASEMENT AREA. ANY OTHER OBJECTS WHICH IMPEDE STORM WATER
FLOW OR SYSTEM MAINTENANCE ARE ALSO PROHIBITED.
