Rodamientos de agujas combinadosCombined needle roller bearings

Los rodamientos de la serie NX, NKX y NKXR se suministran sin aro interior, ya que se utiliza el eje como pista de rodadura; naturalmente el eje deberá contar con un tratamiento de rectificación y temple para presentar una compatibilidad idónea a la dureza de las agujas. Si no resulta posible templar el eje será necesario el uso de anillos interiores IR (véanse las respectivas tablas).S i e l rodamiento debe sopor tar cargas axiales bidireccionales se aconseja efectuar un montaje de dos rodamientos contrapuestos de la misma serie. El aro exterior del rodamiento de la serie NX prevé un ranurado para montar un anillo elástico que tendrá la función de bloquear el rodamiento si el mismo debe soportar cargas de tipo axial.Los rodamientos de la citada serie, excepto aquellos con el sufijo "Z" pueden ser lubricados con aceite y con grasa. Los rodamientos con tapa de cierre se suministran lubricados antes del montaje en la parte axial, mientras que será necesario lubricar la parte radial antes de la puesta en marcha con una grasa compatible con la ya existente.

Combinado con rodamiento axial completamente lleno de bolas, con tapa de protección (para cargas axiales medias)

Combined with a full ball filling axial bearing, provided with retaining cap (for average axial loads)

Combinado con rodamiento axial de bolas, con y sin tapa de protección (para cargas axiales elevadas) Combined with an axial ball bearing, with/without retaining cap (for high axial loads)

Combinado con rodamiento axial de rodillos cilíndricos, con y sin tapa de protección, (para cargas axiales muy elevadas)

Combined with an axial cylindrical roller bearing, with/without retaining cap (for the highest axial loads)

Combinado con rodamiento de bolas con contacto angular monodireccional (para cargas axiales reducidas) Combined with an oblique unidirectional contact ball bearing (for curbed axial loads)

Combinado con rodamiento de bolas con contacto angular bidireccional (para cargas axiales reducidas) Combined with an oblique contact bidirectional ball bearing (for curbed axial loads)

Tipo-Type Características-Characteristics

NX, NKX and NKXR combined roller bearings have no inner ring as the shaft is used as rolling groove: the shaft is grinded and hardened and has to have the same hardeness of needle rollers.When is not possible to harden the shaft the use of IR inner rings is required (see special tables).Should the bearings stand axial loads in two directions, a mounting of two bearings in opposition of the same series is required.The outer ring of a NX bearing is provided with a groove able to accept an elastic ring, which has the duty of stopping the bearings in case of axial loads. Excepted “Z” type, the above bearings can be oil or grease lubricated. Closed combined roller bearings are prelubricated before mounting in their axial part, whereas concerning radial part they must be lubricated, before beginning, with compatible grease.
