BACK-TO-BACK-TO-BACK HR (1)Date Batters 6/5 at WOR Snyder, Bautista, SwihartHome Run Notes:

• The three straight home runs hit by Brandon Snyder (two-run), Rafael Bautista, and Blake Swihart in the 1st inning on June 5 at Worcester capped a string of eight consecutive hits to start the game. It marked the first time the Red Wings hit back-to-back-to-back home runs since Oswaldo Arcia (two-run), Deibinson Romero, and Chris Herrmann did so in the 5th inning against Trevor Bauer on May 13, 2014 vs. Columbus.

• Luis García has six leadoff home runs, the first Red Wing with more than two leadoff home runs in a sea-son since Byron Buxton hit five such long balls in 49 Triple-A games during 2016. He homered on the first pitch off Daniel Gossett on June 4 at Worcester, the first Red Wing to hit the first pitch of the game for a home run since Buxton did so on a rehab assignment off R.J. Alaniz on July 28, 2017 at Toledo.

• García’s walk-off home run off Nestor Cortes in the 9th inning on May 20 vs. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre was the first walk-off homer for the Red Wings since Zander Wiel in the second-to-last game of the season on September 2, 2018 vs. Lehigh Valley.
