• Robbery is classified as a violent crime because it involves the threat or use of force. Terrence D. Miethe and David Mc Dowall stated that neighborhoods with security and a prominent socialization are more effective from robbery then the disorganized neighborhoods.

• The first anti-stalking statute was passed in 1990 in California. Some example are rejected stalker, intimacy seeking stalker, incompetent suitors and resentful-vendetta stalker.
